For the past 20 years, Yolanda has worked as a Senior Consumer Advocacy Rep in the Consumer Data/Insurance Industry. In this role, she has supported organizational leadership in increasing operational efficiency by coordinating personnel schedules, executing assigned tasks and managing project deliverables for cross-functional teams. Her proficiency in this role has helped to maximize
productivity and reduce processing delays.
Yolanda was able to leverage her project coordination skills and knowledge of systems administration to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role she helps Real Estate professionals increase operational efficiency by ensuring the accurate and timely submission of contract deliverables. Her experience with developing and implementing process improvement strategies results in a more efficient, time-sensitive transaction process.
